Juan Reynoso defends Jesús Corona and Cata Domínguez from criticism

Juan Reynoso’s Cruz Azul is already preparing for its second match in the Guard1anes Tournament 2021 after losing to Santos on Matchday 1.

And after the criticism received by two of the institution’s oldest players, Jesús Corona and Julio César Domínguez, the team’s coach came to their defense.

“A bit of urban legends , is that when something bad happens those responsible are those who have more time. I see the respect and admiration of his teammates and if they are here today it is because of their performance ”, he stated at a press conference.

Regarding Saturday’s game, where Cruz Azul makes his home debut against Puebla, Reynoso spoke of the keys in his favor by knowing the rival very well.

“I worked as an assistant in Puebla for almost two years and as a technician for more than one. We know each other and they know me. I can decipher individual characteristics and I will be happy to meet some of them. I am grateful for the opportunity they gave me, but on Saturday we are going to be rivals and we will look for the result ”, he declared.
