This Wednesday the Argentine forward Milton Caraglio was presented as a new reinforcement of the Atlas , during the press conference he responded to the harsh criticism launched by Víctor Manuel Velázquez , President of the Supervisory Council of the Cruz Azul Cooperative , which he described as “stupid”.
“All that seemed stupid to me , it is reality, sorry to say so like this, but no player is going to go out onto the pitch with that mentality. I put my hands in the fire for all my colleagues it was not like that ”, stated Caraglio.

Last 10 of December the board of Cruz Azul released a video in which Velázquez attacks the “mediocrity” of the players of his club after the elimination in the semifinals against Pumas, which he considered “the worst defeat in the team’s history
The forward declared that it was a “lack of respect to cast doubt on the professionalism of the footballers” , since I consider that the elimination was due to other aspects.
“These are football matches, these things happened millions of times , but you learn from that and you have to know how to get out, you don’t have to take all those things into account. In Cruz Azul the issue of the press is complicated , it is very hard, but the truth is that the whole issue seemed to me a lack of respect towards the players ”, he added.
Milton Caraglio of 32 announced his departure from Cruz Azul on January 8 to return to Atlas , club in which he played between 2017 and 2018 where he played 34 league matches and scored 16 goals.
