“Dirty Bitches”: Before the Capitol Violence, Texas Woman Threatened Others with a Taser

TEXAS – A New Caney woman has been charged after she allegedly threatened two women the day before the deadly insurrection attempt on the United States Capitol last week.

Authorities stated that on January 5, Alysia Hargrave, 42, threatened two women while showing them a Taser (electric shock gun) when the Washington, DC Police tried to break up the confrontation of two opposition groups who were yelling at each other.

As officers tried to separate the groups, they heard the sound of a Taser being unloaded and they looked at Hargrave with the pink gun in his hand.

Hargrave was arrested and the Police spoke with the two victims, who told them to the officers Hargrave had called “dirty bitches.” One of the victims added that Hargrave raised his hand and showed them the Taser while they were standing 15 feet away.

The victims said that the altercation between the two groups began in the area of ​​the Black Lives Matter Plaza.

According to the police report, Hargrave was not using the weapon to defend himself but to intimidate

Hargrave was brought two counts of assault for the incident.
