Outside ior has very extensive gardens with a koi pond, waterfalls, swimming pool with its respective spa area and trails to do some exercise or a relaxing walk.
The house was originally purchased by Brady and Bündchen, at 2008, for just $ 11, 750, 01 of dollars , but during his stay they made some improvements that considerably raised its value.
