The investigation of the death of a teenager from years , last Saturday evening in the Aubiers district, is progressing. After the arrest of five people, aged in 16 and 21 years, placed in police custody between Sunday evening and Monday morning , the
Bordeaux prosecutor’s office indicates that four of them were referred this Thursday.
“During their hearings in custody, the five respondents contested any involvement in the commission of these criminal acts, indicates the public prosecutor of Bordeaux Frédérique Porterie. Pre-trial detention required
The four defendants referred this afternoon will be presented to the investigating magistrate with a view to their indictment , and the opening of a judicial investigation of the counts of “murder in an organized gang and attempted murder in an organized gang”, “participation in a criminal association with a view to preparing a crime”. The prosecution indicates that it requested their placement in pre-trial detention.
The shooting that took place on Saturday evening shortly before 21 h in this city in the north of Bordeaux, had also made four wounded.
“A child who had absolutely no problems”
According to counsel for parents of the young victim contacted by AFP, the teenager killed was “a child who had absolutely no problems”, “schooled in second professional”, “a teenager like the others, with his passion for football, with friends, sometimes the console, and nothing more ”.
