The authorities of Massachusetts said they are trying to determine the origin of a llama that is wandering loose in a field.
The Newburyport / West Newbury Animal Control Center explained in a Facebook post that the llama was found wandering alone in a field on Monday. None of the witnesses knew where the animal came from.
The llama was taken to Tiny Acres Farm in New Hampshire to give it a temporary accommodation l while the authorities investigate .
The animal control center is asking the owner of the llama, or anyone with information about the animal, to contact them.
