This is the second video that the Mencho allegedly sent against United Cartels, after than in November 2020, one with similar content was released.
And it was released after a few days ago self-defense groups requested helps the Mexican Government to fight against the Mencho , so everything indicates that the Mencho , as he says in the most recent video, he is winning the battle for Michoacán
