Sébastien changes his face. The timeless Belle et Sébastien is back soon with Pierre Coré ( L’Aventure des Marguerite ) to take over from Clovis Cornillac behind the camera. Produced by Radar Films, the new adaptation of this friendship between the mischievous little boy and his accomplice dog wants to give a facelift to this cult story. “We are looking for a Sébastien of today, of any ethnic origin”, explain Sylvie Brocheré and Sophie Blanchouin, the casting directors. Sébastien is a boy of at 12 athletic years old and who does not necessarily look like Félix Bossuet , the hero of the last trilogy.
