US reveals scope of hacking to Department of Justice

AP

Washington Hispanic:

The Department Justice of the United States revealed on Wednesday that 3% of their email accounts could have been victims of a hack that various authorities have attributed to Russia.

Everything seems to indicate that no secret content was revealed, said agency spokesman Marc Raimondi in a statement. He did not identify who owned those email accounts.

It was not immediately clear if the intrusion into the Justice Department and other government agencies affected files in addition to the emails. The Microsoft Office system 365 includes numerous programs that allow you to create and archive documents.
