Susan Lucille Wright was nicknamed the “Butcher with the Blue Eyes”
Susan Lucille Wright , convicted of killing of 193 stabbing her husband in Texas , and burying the body in a hole in the backyard of his house, he left jail last week on probation after passing 16 years locked up.
Wright, from 44 years and resident of Houston , was released last Wednesday morning from Murray Unit in Gatesville , reported local and national media.
The woman, nicknamed the “Butcher with the Blue Eyes” , was convicted of the murder of Jeff Wright , of 34 years.
Upon leaving the prison, the woman refused to talk to the media that came to her house and asked to be left alone.
“I just want privacy. Please respect that, “said Wright, as quoted by wpxi.com
” I’m sure you all can understand, but don’t do this to my family. ” added the American.
“Even if you do it to me, don’t do it to them, please,” Wright asked.
The female was convicted in the 2009 to 25 years. However, a judge determined in the 2009 that the lawyers in the process provided ineffective assistance in the guilty phase of the trial.
As a result of the foregoing, the Court ruled out five years of the term in prison in a hearing of resentence at the 2010.
The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles told ABC 13 that Wright will remain in intense supervision with a GPS device until 2024 when the sentence expires.
