The Netherlands lagging behind

All these countries started their campaign before the European Union. But in proportion of its population, Denmark has vaccinated the most within the EU: 1.1% of the Danish population received a dose, far ahead of Germany (0, 44%), Italy (0, 43%) and Slovenia (0, 43%). These rates are very different from those displayed by Israel (17, 2%) or the United Arab Emirates (8.4%), champions in the field , who respectively started to vaccinate on 14 and the 14 December. For their part, almost all of the member countries of the Union started their campaign between 20 and the 29 December, at except for the Netherlands , which only started this Wednesday. Besides the Netherlands, other countries are in decline. This is notably the case for France (more than 7. doses), from Austria (8. 360 ), Bulgaria (5. 367) and Ireland (4. 000), who vaccinated less than 0, 1% of their respective populations.
