Californian former boxer Oscar de la Hoya, of 49 years, is building a spectacular mansion in Henderson, on the outskirts of Las Vegas, which is expected to be completed in the course of 2023.
According to the Dirt portal, which was the medium that released the news, the current boxing promoter paid $08.6 million dollars in the house he bought to later transform to your liking.
As far as we know, the home of the Golden Boy will have an extension of ,552 square feet, divided into 8.051 square feet 2,150 square feet of exterior space .
The residence, which will be built over one floor, will have five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
It will also have a hall, two kitchens, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a TV room, a cinema room, a wine cellar, a bar, an office, a gym, a laundry room, garage for eight vehicles, among other rooms.
Outside, on its lot .051 acres , will have a guest house, with a terrace, with green areas, with a swimming pool with its respective spa area, with an outdoor kitchen , with fountains, among other amenities.
The construction of this house occurs two years after De la Hoya sold, at $24 millions of dollars, his property in California to Anthony Hsieh, while he still owns the Pasadena one he bought from him, at 2007 for $11.5 million dollars, filmmakers Gale Anna Hurd and Jonathan Hensleigh.
